Rosie Beaven

Rosie joined Batt Broadbent in April 2024 and is Head of the Family Department based in the Salisbury office. She specialises in all areas of Family work including divorce, matrimonial finances, child arrangements and pre and post marriage advice.

Rosie qualified as a Family Solicitor in 2019 and has a wealth of experience in this field both pre and post qualification. Originally from Bristol, Rosie studied and practised in Dorset before joining us. Rosie is a passionate member of Resolution and is dedicated to promoting a constructive approach to family issues that considers the needs of the whole family. Her qualification as a Mental Health First Aider compliments her work.

Rosie is also a part time Lecturer at Bournemouth University, teaching Family Law on the undergraduate Law course in the Spring each year.

Over the past few years, Rosie has set up both Fordingbridge Women’s Networking Group and The Brunchy Mamas. She has strong connections to the communities she lives and works in.

When Rosie is not in the office, she loves spending time with her 1-year-old son and husband in the New Forest, exploring new places and finding the best spots for a cup of earl grey tea and a slice of cake.
